6th CLERAP national convention set |
THE Court Legal Researchers Association of the Philippines (CLERAP) is set to hold its 6th National Convention and Seminar, Oct. 18-20 at the Bohol Tropics Resort Club here in Tagbilaran. The three day affair adopts the theme “Keeping Abreast with Judicial Reforms and Innovations”. The convention would explore on the new approaches on legal research using the modern age technology as a booster for the legal researchers. The conference also would tackle the court officers service in the judiciary, one kind that is impressed with utmost responsibility, integrity and competence, all for one end, that equality and justice is dispensed with especially for those who are wanting in life's opportunity. Coordinating the affair is CLERAP National President Ma. Celia Fores, and the host chapter (CLERAP-Bohol chapter). CLERAP Bohol is currently headed by Godofredo Calipes, president with other officers, Jeane Lumanas, vice president; Ma. Lourdes Ayuban, secretary; Olga Bautista, assistant secretary; Lourdes Aida Quijano, treasurer; Maria Ursula Limbago, assistant treasurer; Joseph Allan Limbago, auditor; Marjorie Nieves Caresosa, press relations officer; and Juan Lumanas Jr and Atelindo Cuaresma, sergeant-at-arms.” |
