3 armed cue players rob, rape daughter

THREE armed, drunk young cue payers robbed the couple owning the billiard and raped their 15 – year – old daughter in San Miguel near midnight on Wednesday, October 11, in yet two or more serious crimes further defining Bohol's notoriety in Central Visayas. Meanwhile, the unwed teenaged mother in Talibon who half – Buried alive her one - day – old baby boy late last month has turned out to be a rape victim, too.

The three suspects, including a minor from Cansulao in Dagohoy, hogtied the couple in the course of their armed robbery and then raped the victim's daughter who was fast asleep in her room inside their house. The names of the robbed couple and their raped child are intentionally withheld here for obvious reasons. The victim's husband, aged 39, reported to the town police that the suspect were drinking while playing billiard beside his house store before the twin crimes on the same night. The victim's have no nearby neighbors.

Sensing that the couple already had gone asleep, the suspects broke into the house by detaching its glass window blades. Once inside, they robbed the couple at gunpoint and hogtied them. They also covered the couple's mouths with clothes. The sex-starved armed robbers proceeded to the room of the couple's young daughter and took turns raping her while her hogtied parents were helpless. San Miguel Mayor Silvino Evangelista confirmed that the girl got raped indeed.

The two other robber–rapists have been identified as natives of Ubay and Buenavista, respectively. The couple lost P1,000 and a cellphone to the robbers, who also ransacked their store and carted away at least half a sack of rice, a container of gasoline. The suspects fled aboard two motorcycles, according to some accounts, including the victims' red Yamaha motorbike which they carnapped.
