Jumamoy inaugurates 7 projects in Datag

INABANGA – Mayor Josephine Socorro Jumamoy Thursday led municipal and Datag barangay officials in inaugurating seven projects all completed within the same year. These include the day care center both funded by the Early Childhood Development (ECD) Program, barangay hall, public market, stage, mini-grandstand, multipurpose hall and reservoir.

Barangay Captain Rodrigo Estoria thanked Jumamoy and her administration's full support that Datag earned because of the unity and cooperation of the people. “The core of the administration's unending effort for the development of Inabanga is its love for the people,” Jumamoy said. She emphasized the importance of a harmonious and good relationship in achieving goals and objectives.

Despite the geographical condition of Datag that leaves much to be desired, the present administration did not waive its attention in favor of accessible barangays. Instead, it gave full support to improve quality of life in the barangay. Jumamoy also emphasized the importance of resourcefulness and the cooperation the Datag folk extended from the start of the implementation of the project. “My administration wants nothing but to give all of you (Inabangnons) a better way of living and a bright future for all the children of today,” she emphasized.
