Mayor Dumaluan's building project found to have no supporting papers

As far as the Office of the Municipal Engineer (OPME) is concerned, the building permit issued to Panglao Mayor Doloreich Dumaluan has no supporting documents one year after the date of issuance.

This was contained in an official statement made by Municipal Engineer Emilio Narit before the Sanguniang Bayan memers of Panglao. Narit wrote a letter to the councilors dated June 15 to respond to the querries raised during the prvious day's regular session.

Among other things, the matter on the controversial construction at the Dumaluan resort in reaction to a Post exclusive. In the last week's issue, the Post had exposed the resort's expansion project without the necessary documents to support it.
