Is Mayor Dumaluan showing his true color?

The answer my friend is still very much in the annals of speculation. But Gov. Erico Aumentado is holding no punches when he confirmed on the air (during Friday's Governor's Report) that indeed the Panglao mayor asked him if it were possible for the money intended for land acquisition in the Panglao airport be coursed thru the municipal treasurer's office.

As they say picture ako diyan ha!

Whatever, the fact that Mayor Dumaluan said so is to our mind a positive development given the snail-paced progress of the planned Panglao airport. Anyway, the big question that begged to be answered is whether the mayor after all is showing his true color? It's not for us to speculate but for practical reasons, Mayor Dumaluan has all the rights in this world to change his mind.

There is no quarrel that Dumaluan's argument that for the people of Panglao to believe that the airport project is now for real. Therefore, to make this assertion worth its weight in gold, then he must be shown the color of the money to buy lands for the airport project.
