Trying to raise a level higher of the lucrative enterprise, the owners of Café Guadalupe are hoping that one day, it will carve a new niche in the highly competitive floating restaurant market. The niche segment of the market it is trying to carve out is that it is the only floating restaurant that offers ala carte services to its clients. While other restaurants are catering to traditional buffets, Café Guadalupe struggled to be different with its set of menus where the customers can make culinary orders of their own choice. With its two restaurants, customers can choose between fine dining and native ambiance.
