CEB offers P99 seats to Tagbilaran, Aklan

By:

IN another daring move, Cebu Pacific (CEB), the country's low fare leader offers seats for Manila–Tagbilaran and Manila–Kalibo routes for only P99 one-way. The P99 seat sale runs from August 3 to August 10, 2006 only. Travel Period will be from August 14 to October 19, 2006 . After the seat sale the lowest ‘Go' fare to Tagbilaran and Kalibo starts at P568 for one-way travel. The promo and ‘Go' fares are exclusive of regular surcharges and government taxes. “As we carry on with our expansion we will continue to offer the lowest fares in the sectors we operate. We are confident that with this seat sale, more people are going to fly to Tagbilaran and Kalibo because now, they can afford to,” said Candice Iyog, CEB marketing director.

The P99 one-way fare is for immediate payment upon booking. The best way to grab the promo is through CEB's website (cebupacificair.com) or call reservations at 70-20-888. "Our efforts to help develop local tourism continue as we open new routes, add more frequencies to our destinations and offer the lowest fares in the market. All these are aimed at bringing air travel closer to Filipinos because we really believe that it's time every Juan flies,” Iyog added.

CEB has earlier opened its Dipolog and Laoag service and will start flying to Legaspi on August 17 and Singapore on August 31, 2006. It will also start its third daily frequencies to Tagbilaran, Cagayan de Oro and Tacloban on August 17. The new routes and additional frequencies are part of CEB's expansion program. Now in its 11th year, the airline pioneered low fares in the country and now has the youngest fleet in the Philippines and one of the youngest in Asia . CEB also introduced travelers to on-time service, e-ticketing, and on-line booking, setting the standards for airline innovation in the local aviation industry.
