Murder is a non-bailable crime. Police elements have been on the cold trail of a month-old crime suspect until a break came days ago. A tip from Sierra Bullones police elements detailed the sighting of the hot motorcycle that was reportedly taken from habalhabal driver Nelson Bolivar Pacatang who was murdered in Cabawan District here. GMA inaugurates BCRIP2 tomorrow

PPRESIDENT Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo and Gov. Erico Aumentado tomorrow will lead national and local officials in the “drive through” inauguration of the Tagbilaran City to Lila section of the Bohol Circumferential Road Improvement Project Phase 2 (BCRIP2). The drive-through precedes the inaugural program at the Lila Gymnasium where Public Works and Highways Sec. Hermogenes Ebdane will brief the President on the project. Blaming the gov't. for the Spate of killings is unfair!

Last week, national dailies reported that the Commission on Human Rights (CHR) and Amnesty International (AI) warned the government of the rise in killings of media and militant group members. Both CHR and AI cited that more than 300 people, mostly mediamen and militants have been liquidated, with the government apparently not putting a decisive stop on this. Full story
