Aumentado and Mayor Dan Neri Lim are among the expected personalities. Theatrical re-enactment of the Sandugo between Spanish Conquistador Miguel Lopez de Legazpi and native Datu Sikatuna, sealed in the shores of Bohol some 442 years back, will also be presented by select students from the Tagbilaran City Science High School . Managing the production is Dr. Elpidio M. Jala and Joseph Barrete of the City DepEd with choreographer Butch Bernas. At 9:00 am , the Program proper starts at the New City Hall Building. Invited authorities in history will deliver plenary discussion before teachers and students from city elementary and secondary schools. In the afternoon, an array of local talents from the recently-concluded Arts Month Celebration takes center stage.
