Jagna commemorates 105th Lonoy heroes day

An event in 1901 - In Lonoy, 7 kilometers from Jagna proper, a hallowed ground, which provided foxholes for guerilla warriors led by Capt. Goyo Casenas became the center of rites and a two-day fitting tribute for heroes valiant acts. Forging a strong line of defense to repel American attacks on the locals' last stronghold at nearby Campo Verde.
