Three new 4th degree knights exemplified

A new batch of 3 knights received the honor of the fourth degree of the Knights of Columbus, during an exemplification conducted by the Visayas state initiating team headed by Sir Knight Dionesio Esteban Jr. and Sir Knight Alejandro Genesa. The rites were done at the CVSCAFT Campus, Clarin, Bohol. The rites started at 5 a.m with a holy mass officiated by Rev. Fr. Panfilo Somosot of Clarin.

The new fourth degree knights from SK Pedro Caunan Council No. 9329 of Lindaville Parish were Sir Knights Felix Garan, Alfredo Pahang and Juvenal Beniga. Their batch was named Class Eduardo Laczi in honor of Visayas State Deputy SK Eduardo Laczi.

SK Dionesio Esteban in his speech challenged the new batch to be models in their respective communities to vouch the interest and reputation of their council. The initiating team was composed of SKs Alejandro Ceniza as Master of the 4th degree, Gines Abellana as Constitutionalist, Cenon Sasan as Master Faith Defender, Willy Lauron as Historian, Lecerio Cabahug as Recorder; Necofrocino Caballero as Narrator and Rev. Fr. Panfilo Somosot as Chaplain. After the exemplification, the group shared a sumptuous lunch hosted by the Clarin host council.

The affair was also graced by the Lindaville Council Grand knight Glicerio Jubac, Faithful Navigator Aproriano Alfarero and Past Grand Knight Nemesio Monton. Also in attendance was SK Miguel Sarigumba of Bohol South District Provincial Secretary.
