This will become the venue for providing insights on values formation/re-orientation and on matters engaging human resources management (HRM), organizational management (OD)/change management, business development and entrepreneurship, labor and industrial relations, talent management including culture and the arts, tourism, OFW affairs and academe.

The column will generally push for advocacy benefitting the masses, workforce and the community from the practice of what is moral and best practices; thus, sharing the wisdom from seasoned leaders as assimilated by the columnist/writer, and ignite a generation of advocates of what is just, right and fair; and, how to be competitive in business and in the exercise of profession in the context of ASEAN integration and global standards. This effort would manifest an example of a desire to stay relevant with insights from persons of authority in the corporate world and society; that offers guides on a host of concerns from carrying out duties in various fields of discipline paving a sense of commitment in fulfilling a share in nation building and creating a responsive community.
