An all night party somewhere in Patrocinio, Cortes town ended in tragedy at about midnight when the Hyundai Accent they were riding bumped into a mahogany tree claiming the lives of all three passengers including the driver along the national highway in barangay Pandol of the same town Thursday. According to Corella police, one of the fatalities was an Indian national identified as Camal Keswani, said to be one of the sons of the owner of Bombay Bazaar, a general merchandise store in this city.

The two others were identified as Freddie A. Matela, a security guard and resident of Villa Anunciado, Danao and an unidentified female which according to the police blotter as alyas Lovely and a resident of Getafe town. Initial police investigation showed that the accident was a case of reckless imprudence resulting to multiple homicide and damage to property. SPO2 Victor Gastanes together with four police officers of the Corella Police Station immediately responded at the accident area after a report from TARSIER 117. Police said one of the victims were found critically injured and the two died on the spot. The seriously injured died in a hospital in this city. It was the team of TARSIER 117 volunteers and Corella Medical Team which was said to have arrived first at the accident site.
