The entire international community would welcome a genuine diplomatic solution that can truly dismantle any nation’s capacity to develop nuclear weapons. Iran known to have a stockpile of 20% enriched uranium that is close to crossing the red line is presently extending its hand to assist the US in achieving its objectives in the Middle East region particularly Syria, or Afghanistan and Iraq. Conditions in the Middle East have been so muddied over the decades that building bridges of diplomatic solutions are grim. Would our international leaders trust and try Iran’s offer of assistance? The Iranian nuclear issue was not resolved in the past, and sanctions were imposed on Iran. Russian Foreign Minister Lavrov says, if progress is achieved in the present situation, sanctions maybe eventually lifted.

A deal between Washington and Tehran is greatly feared by two of the closest allies of the US, Saudi Arabia and Israel. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is warning the West and the world not to be fooled by the peace-making words of Iranian President Rouhani whom he called “a wolf in sheep’s clothing”. Israel warns that though the President of Iran has changed, the goal of the regime to develop nuclear weapons whose purpose is to destroy Israel is still the same. Rouhani himself said once again that Israel has no right to exist. Netanyahu said, to deal with Rouhani is to deal with Ahmadinejad, they are the same.

A perusal of the provisions of the Receipt and Quitclaim shows that respondent would be releasing and discharging petitioners from all claims, demands, causes of action, and the like in an all-encompassing manner, including the fact that he had not contracted or suffered any illness or injury in the course of his employment and that he was discharged in good and perfect health. These stipulations clearly placed respondent in a disadvantageous position vis-á-visthe petitioners.
