PRIVACY

Published opinions said the collection program of the National Security Agency (NSA) does not violate US law but complies with its constitution. It is said to be authorized under the Patriot Act for counterterrorism purposes being consistent with the US President’s call for more transparency. NSA with the British government has been breaking the codes of encryption technology used by billions of internet users to keep their messages and confidential information safe, such as the United Nations headquarters in New York, which led to tensions with allied countries. Since 2000 NSA has invested billions of dollars for the network of supercomputers which set in motion in 2006 that looked into records more than they were allowed. According to reports the NSA’s surveillance machine grew too big and too fast for anyone to understand. It took nearly three years for the US government to figure out things had gone wrong after the revelation of former NSA system analyst Snowden. We are entitled to individual privacy, freedom of press, speech and assembly, but we have come to the time now where these civil liberties fought so hard are eroded by the day, mere ghostly images of its original intent. Is there an alternative? One world, one government total control isforthcoming. We may have nothing to hide, but who is the boss now?
