Aniscal bolts City Rehab Jail anew

Senior Jail Officer 3 Ligory Oracion admitted escape artist, Exequiel Aniscal, and another inmate locked up in the isolation cell of the Tagbilaran City Rehabilitation Center had outsmarted the jail guards who had been familiar with the building for decades already, while Aniscal had just been transferred there in the month of May. This is aside from the fact that the escape of Aniscal and fellow inmate, Reynante Manito, proved the substandard workmanship of the City of Tagbilaran Rehabilitation Center. Aniscal is facing robbery with homicide which had been dragging in court for decades already, while the other escapee, Reynante Manito, is facing robbery with intimidation and attempted rape. The third inmate who was left in the isolation cell is Paul Bernadas III who is facing charges related to illegal drugs. Aniscal and Manito tore down a portion of the wall of the isolation cell that divides it from the clinic. They entered the clinic through the hole they had made then escaped through the window.

Senior Jail Officer Oracion said they even thought the inmates could not easily tear down the concrete wall. However, when they checked the hole that Aniscal and Manito made, they learned that there was even no steel bars and all they saw were sands. The senior jail officer believes it must have taken Aniscal and Manito just a few minutes to tear down the wall using a nail connected to a metal bar. He also admitted no jail personnel had monitored the CCTV camera and that nobody noticed Aniscal and Manito leaving the jail compound yesterday at around 1:30 dawn. Jail authorities will also get the statement of the nurse, Rocky Jimenez, why he did not notice someone scraping from the other side of the wall. Based on the traces they left, the escapees must have carefully followed the edges of the building until they reached the female inmates' dormitory where there is a double fence made of bamboo sticks on which they stepped on to push them up to the interlink and then over the 20-feet fence.
