Gov. Edgar CHatto comes to making a near full circle in his effort to bring the government closer to the people. The full circle will come when he opens an office in either of the 15 towns of the first district. Chatto’s brand of public service was highlighted once again with the opening today of another sub-office, this time, in Jagna town. The tag “man of the masses” is never been truer when the governor’s Sub Office opens in Jagna today. “I want to be where the action is and I want to reach the widest concerns of the Boholano people, particularly in the coastal towns of the third district”, said Chatto. Chatto earlier opened the Talibon Sub Office to cater the concerns of the 2 nd district and very recently the Carmen Sub Office located at Simeon Toribio Memorial Hospital. Chatto will hold office in Jagna every 4 th Thursday of the month. He holds office in Talibon and Carmen every 2 nd Tuesday and 3 rd Thursday’s respectively.

The opening of the Jagna Sub Office, located at the Administration Building of Teodoro B. Galagar District Hospital, also coincides with the 380 th Founding Anniversary of the Municipality of Jagna. He also serves Boholano constituents every Monday at the Capitol during People’s Day. This innovative program of the governor has gained much appreciation and delight to the Boholanos and those outside the province as this made the governor closer and more transparent to its constituents. His clustering of offices in the provincial government into Infrastructure, Administration, Finance and Socio-Economic and Environment also gained acceptance even in the national level. In Jagna, Chatto will also lead in the opening and ribbon cutting ceremonies of the Agri Product and Farmers Funfare, groundbreaking of the Calamay Common Service Facility and MOA signing of Calamay Convergence. The governor will also be the guest speaker in the Foundation Day Programme. Mayor Fortunato Abrenilla and Vice Mayor Exuperio Lloren and local officials are expected to welcome the governor in this big event. (PR)
