Mayor Ma. Fe A. Piezas expressed her gratitude as she welcomed participating agencies and beneficiaries alike during the radio program. Compared to previous caravans, Guindulman drew an even larger number of beneficiaries as the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) led by Regional Director Atty.
