Man hangs dead after electrocution

 

A man was seen hanging dead, clinging to a high tension wire, in barangay Muto Sur, Loon town, Tuesday morning, in what was theorized to be a case of copper wire theft. The man remained unidentified as of press time prompting authorities to call on relatives of the victim to identify him. Estimated to be about 35 years old, the lifeless body of the unidentified person was seen hanging in the high tension wire in barangay Muto Sur. He was believed to be electroculed when he reportedly tried to saw off the copper wire of the Bohol Electric Cooperative I. In a post-mortem investigation conducted by Dr. Ivy E. Padernal, municipal health officer, she said, the victim was long dead when discovered after he was electrocuted by the secondary line of the power coop.
