Who of 3 couples off to Conbusac gab going for ‘illicit honeymoon?’

For lack of detailed materials attending a convention in Canada, why can’t Boholanos be entertained with this storyline tabloid stuff is made up. Three married couples going with the entourage in Canada for the 14 th biennial convention of the Confederation of Boholanos in the United States and Canada (Conbusac) may be in for an ‘illicit honeymoon’. Scheduled on June 30-July 4 at the Sutton Place, Alberta, Canada, two of the couples are legally married while the other one, is said to be “singing beautiful music together” mindful of their marital status. As the entourage is bracing for the foreign trip, tongues have started wagging regarding the possibility of the loving two some taking the much needed break from a hide and seek affair and out of the prying eyes of curiosity seekers.

The saucy details of the romantic liaison of this married couple becomes fodder in the gossip mill of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan. The three couples are part of a retinue of Gov. Edgar Chatto and his wife,Pureza, Cong. Rene Relampagos, Erico Aumentado, and Mayors Rosemarie Lim-Imboy of Loay, Benedicto Alcala of Panglao and Tesalonica Boyboy of CPG town. Board Members Benjie Arcamo, Romulo Cepedoza , Brigido Imboy and Crispina Vergara, ex-oficio member representing the provincial federation Association of Barangay Councils will also join the Canada sortie. Augustus Escobia, head of the Capitol communication bureau will also be with the foreign gig. A reliable source close to the lovey-dovey couple intimated that the illicit relationship has been going on for sometime that both players appeared to have thrown all cautions to the wind whenever they were together in any public function.

The participants will be leaving Bohol on different dates, some of them going earlier as plans are afoot for other delegates to visit the US mainland before reaching their actual destination. With this report involving forbidden relationship, the attendance of the Bohol delegates takes a back seat as interest was more focused on the salacious part of the journey. Upon arrival in Canada the group will be met at the airport by Carlos Cagaanan, Conbusac president. While the governor is away, the Capitol will be manned by V-Gov. Concepcion Lim while Senior Board Member Dionisio Balite will be the acting vice governor.
