Cristal e-College ranks in top 10 students assessment program

 

In the recent exam-ination conducted jointly by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) and Philippines-Japan Manning Consultative Council, with the support of FAME and PAMI, CRISTAL e-COLLEGE placed in the top 10 schools with the highest averages in the BSMT and BS MarE programs. The “K” Line scholars of Cristal e-College, ranked No. 2 of 81 schools who participated in the examination nationwide, and the students in the Regular 3-1 Program in BSMT and BS MarE ranked No. 9 nationwide. Given the averages of these students, the overall rank of Cristal e-College in the whole Philippines is No. 5 after NTMA, BMMC, MAAP, and UCLM (Please see accompanying data released from PJMCC)

Being a new College, still on its 5 th year of operation, Cristal e-College has consistently performed among the top 10 maritime schools nationwide. It is also the first maritime school in the Philippines that is certified ISO 9001:2008 by Anglo-Japanese American Registrars, Ltd. adopting IWA 2:2007 Quality Standards for education. The Maritime Programs of Cristal e-College are being updated to the new requirements of Constructive Alignment by the Bologna Convention, particularly quality assurance in higher education. Other academic programs of the College are currently working towards this standard in line with its plans for institutional certification to ISO 9001:2008.
