TUBIGON. — Mayor William Jao has expressed elation over the inauguration and turnover of mini irrigation dams in the barangays of Cawayanan and Talenceras, this town, in separate occasions last week. The mini dams are located in sitios Bagtik and Taytay, barangay Cawayanan, while the third is located in sitio Buylog in barangay Talenceras. The three irrigation dams which cost a total of close to P 1 million is capable of irrigating 20 hectares each in the lowlands of Cawayanan and Talenceras. Mayor Jao has pledged to establish more facilities to irrigate the ricefields in the adjoining barangay. (MPIO)
