January 15 will be the last day for filing the monthly remittance of withheld income tax return and remittance of taxes withheld for the preceding month.

January 21 will be the last day for filing quarterly non-value added tax (non-VAT) return and payment of tax due thereon for the preceding month. January 25 will be the last day for filing of quarterly VAT return and payment of tax due for the preceding month. January 31 will be the last day for payment of the annual registration fee for taxpayers engaged in business. Business establishments also has until January 15 for the registration of permanently bound computer-generated/loose leaf books of accounts and other accounting records such as but not limited to receipts and invoices, while January 30 is the last day for submission of inventory lists.
